Marion moved to Windsor from South Africa, with her husband and children, just under 2 years ago. She has her Masters in Business Administration and brings with her nearly a decade of expertise in marketing, business, and community engagement.
She is passionate about Jewish communal life and building tight knit relationships between organizations and community members. She spent a large portion of her life volunteering with her local shuls, the Jewish day school, and was part of the rich Jewish life that Johannesburg provided. She is looking forward to bringing that energy and grassroots organization to Windsor.

Richie is a native of Windsor and has been with the organization since 2016. He attended the University of Ottawa, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Arts and Education. In partnership with the Harold Grinspoon Foundation, the Jewish Community Endowment Fund of Windsor and London Jewish Community Foundation, Richie coordinates the Life & Legacy Program. Through Life & Legacy, Jewish organizations in both Windsor and London (Ontario) are receiving training, support and monetary incentives to motivate Jewish organizations to secure after-lifetime commitments, with the aim of building permanent endowments that will sustain them for years to come. Richie’s portfolio also includes applying to various grants and coordinating the annual United Jewish Appeal Campaign.

Joe is a native of Windsor, works on planning and managing of events including the Windsor Jewish Film Festival, Camp Yomee, Yom HaShoah & more while also assisting Holocaust survivors in Windsor. He obtained a degree in Law and Society from York University in Toronto. After university, he lived in Israel for five months, where he completed an internship at The Federation of Local Authorities in Israel.

Miriam, a member of the Windsor Jewish community, joined the Federation board in 2021 and the Executive board as Secretary in 2024. She has volunteered for the WJF in social media, programming, J Welcome Home, and other initiatives, driven by her passion for growing a vibrant Jewish community in Windsor.
A theatre director, producer, actor, and writer, Miriam was the founding Artistic Director of The Edge Productions for 10 years. She has directed and performed across Canada, the US, and the UK, producing over 25 theatrical events and running fundraising campaigns for arts organizations. Miriam has managed social media for numerous arts groups, authors, and small businesses.
Miriam is a graduate of the Ward Acting Studio (New York), with certificates in Shakespeare and Contemporary Acting from RADA, and Theatrical Direction from Mountview Academy. She also holds certifications in Arts & Heritage Management, Innovation in Arts & Culture, and NPO Arts Strategies, and has attended the 70 Faces Jewish Digital Summit since 2021.

Fola is a transplant from Guelph to Nigeria, then Gatineau and Ottawa, before finally settling in Windsor. While in Ottawa, she attended Algonquin College, where she obtained a Business Computer Diploma. She graduated from the University of Windsor in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and worked for several years for the City of Detroit. As a lifelong learner, she graduated from St. Clair College in 2000 with a certificate in accounting. In her spare time, she coordinates mental health workshops, assists newcomers, and is furthering her knowledge of mental health and addictions at Cambrian College.

Ruth Goldstein grew up in Windsor, where she attended Temple Beth El and spent her childhood at Camp Yomee. Over the years, she has lived in various cities, including Toronto, Montreal, London, and Phoenix. Ruth holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Windsor and spent many years working as an IT Business Analyst in the insurance and transportation industries in the United States.
After relocating back to Canada during the pandemic, she has enjoyed being closer to family. Ruth joined the WJCC team in 2024 as an Administrative Assistant, while also offering part-time virtual assistant, proofreading, and editing services to small business owners and authors in her spare time. She currently resides in the picturesque town of Amherstburg with her Dilute Calico cat, Tobi.
